Personally I'm not a racing game fan. If the writer thinks this game is the best game of all time, then good for him. I can find numerous other games which I think deserve the title more.

You can't change the title of somebody else's article. Even if it's only on this site, the original title should be used, except when changing "we" or "I" to IGN, for instance. Coming up with obscure workaround titles is misleading.
This will only cause problems when other people submit similar stories from other sites. If everyone goes around changing the original story titles, it will end up causing issues with stories which may use your false title.

Not necessarily, they may tone the whole game down to fit in with regional laws and we'll all end up with a G rated Disney game.
Why create last gen games when you can create next gen games?

Not necessarily. They're different genres and just because someone buys one of those games doesn't mean they're interested in the other. I'm sure there are tons of GT fans who aren't going to buy GOW and vice versa.
Also, just because a number of good games are released in one month doesn't mean you have to buy them all upon release. They'll still be available the next month, or year for that matter.
